I've raked the internet for locations to local cco's in the toronto scarborough area but i cant find any!

Are there any outlets located in my area?Are there any CCO/ Cosmetic Company Outlets located in toronto ontario?
There are a few cosmetics warehouse outlets that operate year-round, but there are also a lot of warehouse sales that come up in various locations. Cosmetics Warehouse Outlet is on Kennedy Rd near Ellesmere Rd. Designer Fragrance Outlet is on Finch Ave east of Markham Rd.
